Despite frigid temperatures and NFL playoff games this past Sunday (18 January), we experienced a large turnout for the continuation of Minister Evans' lecture, "Great Leaders are Needed, Recognized or Not." The basis of the lecture was in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King's 80th birthday. We invite everyone to attend the lecture this Sunday at 4 pm, 219 Hamilton Street. You will understand what true leadership is all about.
Legacy Day: In honor of Madam Martha McMiller Jordan will be on June 6, 2017 (6 PM) at First Community Interfaith Institute Inc. The event features a Doology Workshop which is coordinated by the students of the Ministry School of Doology. Minister Lawrance Lee Evans Sr. will conduct the workshop.
The workshop is designed for those who desire "people" skills and "personal" skills for the purpose of individual success. Doology is a discipline for being successful in one's academic environment and in one's interpersonal relationships.
Minister Lawrance Lee Evans Sr. is the Developer of Doology based on the teachings of his late grandmother, Madam Martha McMiller Jordan. RSVP at fciirochester@gmail.com.
June 6 is the birthday of Madam Martha Jordan. The Doology Workshop is also a fundraiser for the annual trip to the FCII Festival in July.
