First Fruits/Kwanzaa schedule 2020

This year's First Fruits/Kwanzaa season will be very different, to say the least. The situation in which we find ourselves does not allow us to be up close and personal, which is a tradition during this time of year. To keep everyone safe so that we can come together next year, we have adjusted this year's schedule as follows:

Sun Dec 6: Kwanzaa Appreciation Day (both virtual and in-person service)-first public prayer/storytelling at in-person 4 pm service, 219 Hamilton St 

Sat Dec 12 and Sun Dec 13: African Mothers Day weekend  will consist of contactless drive-thru flower delivery on Dec 12; 2nd public prayer/storytelling at in-person 4 pm service on Dec 13, also will be virtual service

Sun Dec 20-3rd public prayer/storytelling at 4 pm in-person service, also will be virtual service
Sat Dec 26 (Umoja)-YouTube Livestream by Sister Uwimana 6 pm eastern time (subscribe to the channel-hit the red bell/"subscribe" on the bottom of the video)
Sun Dec 27 (Kujichagulia)-- virtual service; 4 pm in-person service will focus on both Kujichagulia and Ujima, coordinated by Brother Zeb and Brother Brian
Mon Dec 28 (Ujima)--YouTube live 6 pm
Tue Dec 29 (Ujamaa)--YouTube live 6 pm
Wed Dec 30 (Nia)--YouTube live 6 pm
Thurs Dec 31 (Kuumba and Imani combo)--coordinated by Sister LaShara (via Zoom)
Fri Jan 1, 2021 (Imani)-- have a feast in your own household if you desire
